Dr. K Arul holds an MBBS from Coimbatore Medical College Hospital (CMCH) and an MD in Internal Medicine from Madras Medical College, Chennai. He has been practising Internal Medicine since 2005. He worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nephrology at Coimbatore Medical College Hospital for five years and then for two and a half years as Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the same institution. Dr. Arul has a special interest in the management of diabetes mellitus, connective tissue disorders, systemic hypertension, and coronary and critical care cases. Dr. Arul, along with his wife Dr. R Nallichandra (MD – Obstetrics & Gynaecology), have started a 30-bed multispeciality hospital named ANP Nursing Home, in a suburban area of Coimbatore. Dr. R Nallichandra did her MBBS from CMCH Coimbatore and MD from the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Madras Medical College. She earlier worked as a Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at CMCH. She is trained in laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, and has a special interest in the management of high-risk obstetrical cases, infertility and laparoscopic procedures.
