There are certain factors responsible for hair loss like lack of nutrients, stress, sleeping disorders, unhealthy diet, heredity,etc., 
If we can follow certain home-made preventive measures, we can eradicate these hair fall problems completely.

Egg: Egg is rich in major essential vitamins, sulphur, fatty acids, minerals and proteins that promote hair growth and condition the hair especially when combined with olive oil. Egg is also a good diet to keep you healthy and provides your body with essential nutrients.
Tip: Remember to wash the hair with cold/ normal water after applying egg mask for 15-20 minutes. Using hot water may make the egg to stick in hair.  Also wash it with mild shampoo after the treatment. Follow this treatment at least once in a week.

Onion & Garlic: 
Onion and garlic are also rich in sulphur which helps hair growth. Chop the onion into fine pieces and squeeze the oil out. Apply the oil to the scalp and wash it with mild shampoo(that has no sulphate and comprises of organic and natural ingredients) after fifteen minutes. Then chop the garlic and mix it with coconut oil and heat the mixture. Apply to scalp and massage it for fifteen minutes. Repeat the treatment two or three times a week for best results.
Tip: You can also try honey with onion. 

Eat Healthy and Sleep Well: Often, hair loss may be the result of a faulty diet or even improper care of the hair. Make sure you eat a healthy and balanced diet that provides your body with all essential nutrients. Also, take care to avoid the use of harsh chemicals on your hair. Wherever possible, substitute mild herbal shampoos for the ones that contain synthetic compounds and make it a point to massage your hair with oil. With the right hair care regimen and the regular use of herbal remedies, you are sure to see an improvement in your hair condition. Make sure you have a proper sleep for at least seven to eight hours. Irregular sleep may also cause stress and result in hair loss.
