          Recent Research findings from sweden based on a long study of 13 years among people who had five a day portions of fruits and vegetables
daily lived on an average of three years longer than people who had fewer amount of fruits and veggies. 
           Doctors recommend more vegetables than fruits because vegetables tend to be lower in calories than fruits.

2. How you Eat matters more than How Much You Eat.

           Chewing your food nicely helps the body to gain more calories. Because Stomach is not a grinder. The more you chew, the more it helps the stomach
to digest it easily.

3. Eating a big breakfast helps in reducing weight.
            Starting a day with huge breakfast helps in running our metabolism. Otherwise we may end up eating huge later which results in obesity.

4. Brush Two Times a Day

          Dentists recommend brushing two times a day for two minutes each to keep your teeth healthy and strong. 

          Eating fruits help more saliva secretion which in turn protects teeth from cavity.

5. Dont Drink water during meal

          Drinking water during meal will make it difficult for the food to get digested properly. Doctors recommend drinking water 
at least 30 minutes before or after a meal.

          Drinking 500 ml of water 30 minutes before a meal is found to help in reducing obesity.
